“The Source Awakens” – Power Purchase Season I

This Campaign Terms Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the Combinder Terms & Conditions (the “Main Terms”) and applies to your participation in the limited-time campaign “The Source Awakens” organized by DiGEN Labs FlexCo, d/b/a Combinder (“Combinder”, “we”, “our”).

By participating, you agree to be bound by this Addendum in addition to the Main Terms. If there’s a conflict, this Addendum takes precedence for the Campaign.

1. Campaign Description

This campaign allows users to:

• Pre-order “Combinder Ready” smart plugs (Shelly Plug S Gen3 – Type F)
• Unlock community-based discounts
• Unlock raffle tickets for a chance to win $PEAQ token rewards

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where promotional prize draws are legally permitted
• Combinder may verify your identity and eligibility at any time
• Void where prohibited

• Pre-order period: July 8–22, 2025
